UC Mediterranean Cruise – OCT 2025

Join Unmistakable Creations owner Melissa Kennedy as she hosts an extra special back to back cruise covering the highlights of the Greek Islands and Croatia. Join me on one or both but this will be one of the most memorable cruises we have offered.

We originally had this up and had a sold out cruise in 2020 but Covid put a stop to those plans so we are planning to do it all over again. Imagine seeing all these sights where you only have to unpack once and then enjoy.

If you have only ever dreamt of visiting the Greek Islands or Croatia – now is your chance to make that a reality.
Join me on one of the following two cruises or stay onboard when we get to Rome and do the back to back covering Croatia.
There is only one sea day on each of the cruises so we will hold a craft class/get together on that morning but as Im sure not many of you will want to bring a lot of supplies overseas – your kits with exclusive gifts will be sent to your prior to the cruise and you can decide what you want to bring with you. More details on the classes closer to the cruise.

So who wants to join me?

HOST / Instructor - Melissa Kennedy
As my business name states, we are all unique and unmistakable creations. Made up of everyday life experiences, growing and changing with each new day.

I've been fortunate to have been a part of this Industry for now well over 25 years and as mentioned in my very first blog post on this website, now starting to see how everything learnt along the way is coming together. I have been extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with some big companies within this industry, learn (and still learning many design skills, as well as being an educator in an industry, that has taken me around the world a number of times.  “Are you for real – you seriously cut and paste for a living and travel the world”  (imagine the English accent spoken here) as one guy said to me on an trip overseas…  never really looked at it that way until then and thought – yeah actually I really do…  Now its great to be able to give this same opportunity to other educators in the industry as they join me on some of these cruises.

Along with my love of photography and travel, I am one of the fortunate ones who has been able to turn my hobby into not only a job, but a business. I still laugh when my beautiful girls inform me i don't have a real job.

Love (did i say love) getting my hands dirty, I LOVE PAPER, love exploring new techniques and would say my style evolves depending on the type of projects we are doing.  I'm not afraid to try something new and that is something I try to get across to those in my classes - there are no mistakes - only UNMISTAKABLE and unique creations .... oh did I mention I love to LAUGH and to have FUN!!!

But moreso than anything else on these cruises - I love watching people do something for the first time.  Whether that be a new technique in class or something they have wanted to tick off their bucket list by going to a place they have only dreamt of.
The belief in themselves that grows with an achievement, the excitement on their faces (yes you can see it) is something that makes the crazy hectic busy times all worthwhile.

Look forward to seeing you on board.

You will need to bring along a basic scrapbooking tool kit.

More details to come.

More details on the requirements for each class will be given closer to the cruise date.

Athens, Grece Embark 5:00pm

View of Athens, Greece

Athens, the capital and largest city of Greece, is also one of the world's oldest cities with an unparalleled history that spans around 3,400 years. Experiencing long periods of sunshine throughout the year, and known as "the cradle of Western civilisation", it is a 'must-see' destination for world travellers. The city contains a fascinating variety of different architectural styles, ranging from Greco-Roman through Neo-Classical, to Modern.

Day 2 Tuesday, October 14, 2025
Mykonos, Greece 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

View of Mykonos, Greece

Mykonos is the principal town of the island of the same name, which is part of the Cyclades, and could well be described as the most sophisticated of the Greek Islands. Visited by innumerable international celebrities - you may even see some enjoying a coffee on the sidewalk - it is not surprising that it is considered by many to be one of the top tourist destinations in the world. It is also an island with beautiful landscapes, scores of churches, some fascinating monuments, and windmills

Kusadasi, Turkey 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Kusadasi is a resort town on Turkey's Aegean coast and the centre of the seaside district of the same name. While best known as a starting point for visiting Ephesus, once one of the most beautiful cities in the world with a history dating from 3000 BC, there’s also a delightful range of activities in town. Places of interest include: the City Walls, of which one gate remains to-day; the peninsula at the end of the bay with its castle and swimming beaches; several aqua parks with wave-pools and white-water slides; Ladies Beach, once segregated but now open to all; and Dilek Peninsula National Park.

Day 4 Thursday, October 16, 2025
Santorini, Greece 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM

View of Santorini, Greece

Santorini is a small, circular archipelago of volcanic islands located in the Aegean Sea, about 200 km from Greece's mainland. It is essentially what remains of an enormous volcanic explosion some 3500 years ago, which destroyed the earliest settlements on what was formerly a single island, and which resulted in the creation of the current geological caldera. Take the cable car to view the beautiful panorama of Santorini.
