South Pacific & Tonga – January 2018

Some opportunities come by only once and this cruise is no exception. Aboard, my personal favourite, the Radiance of the Seas, this cruise includes two ports in the Tonga islands and is only offered once a year.

In addition to this it also includes Mare another island that is new to the Royal Caribbean itinerary.
Therefore for those who have been before and want to see something new – this sailing is one not to miss – three ports waiting to be discovered.

BOOKED OUT – to be added to wait list press button below:

Welcome aboard Radiance of the Seas for this 14 Nights adventure.

The newly renovated Radiance of the Seas provides a dazzling at-sea experience with floor-to-ceiling glass walls will take your breath away. With acres of glass enclosing the nine-story central atrium, elevators facing the sea, and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, you’ll never be at a loss for an incredible view. Plus, they have just added eight new dining experiences, ranging from casual eats at Boardwalk Doghouse, to the family-style Italian fare at Giovanni’s Table, to the sizzling skewers of Samba Grill Brazilian Steakhouse.

Other new features include a Royal Babies & Tots Nursery, VIP guest lounges, and an outdoor, poolside movie screen showing first-run movies day and night. Whether you seek adventurous activities, relaxing moments, or fine fare, Radiance of the Seas has the features to please every taste.

DAY 14 – Tauranga

  • No visit to Tauranga would be complete without a trip to Mount Maunganui. This extinct volcanic peak rises from the mists of Tauranga Harbour, attracting tourists from all over New Zealand and abroad. The area, once a Maori stronghold, now houses the resort town of Maunganui, which is known for its tiled pavements lined with palm trees, turquoise-painted street lamps and gorgeous coastline. And while you’re here, take a dip in the hot saltwater pools located at the base of the mountain.

DAY 15 – ARRIVES 06:00  Auckland, New Zealand

Nestled between two harbours and surrounded by volcanic landscapes, New Zealand’s largest city is scenic. Auckland also boasts a cool cosmopolitan vibe, with hipster districts, a big Maori population and growing Asian communities.

After a day of exploring the world, its exotic cuisine and interesting cultures, there’s nothing better than returning to the comfort of your private stateroom. Every one of the staterooms are designed to be a comfortable, relaxing place for you to rest after your adventures. The staterooms vary by ship but every room offers a television, telephone, private bathroom, shower, vanity area and even a hair-dryer.

Balcony Staterooms

Open your private balcony door and take in the beautiful view. It’s a great way to get close to every destination and make the most of your holiday at sea.

Deluxe Ocean View Staterooms with Balcony offer a spectacular view, small sitting area and a private balcony.

Oceanview Staterooms

You’ll never miss a moment of the breathtaking scenery just outside your window.. These larger staterooms offer a gorgeous view, two twin beds and a private bathroom.
