Bookings are made by completing the below online booking form which will be directed to Geelong Travel where an agent will contact you to confirm and discuss cabin requirements.
A $200 deposit will be required to guarantee your position and this is payable to Geelong Travel. You will receive a reservation number once you have directly paid them the deposit. Full payment for balance of cruise/any other travel arrangements made and the scrapbooking portion is payable and due by the date indicated on your invoice.
We will be offering 3 classes of only 10 people in each.
Limited number of people in each class means you get lots of help and attention.
So its literally first in first choice of classes.
Cruise Host – Dorothy Clee will be teaching you how to make thread painted landscapes and/or pet portraits. They are done on silk and using straight stitch and look awesome.
Brenda Burgess from Flip La K.
Brenda is the founder and creator of this company, born and raised in Sydney. Now based in the Upper Hunter of NSW at Stroud, giving her more time for creativity and workshops. Brenda just loves the product, literally – Flips everything from clothing to quilt tops and bags ..It is contagious you know!
Workshops will take you to a whole new dimension – working out of the square with Flip la K – a serious wow factor!
Margaret Olive hails from Rockhampton QLD and will be teaching Judy Neimeyer Foundation Paper Piecing. Patterns included – kits will be available.
Margaret was born and raised in the Rockhampton area on a cattle property. Margaret’s shop, Patchwork Paradise Studio Rockhampton has been a Quiltworx Certified Shop since 2012 and has been qualified as a Quiltworx Accredited Instructor since 2014. She has done 3 workshops with Judy Niemeyer, the designer of Quiltworx Patterns (www.quiltworx.com) and has been given permission to teach Judy’s technique of Foundation Paper Piecing in Australia and New Zealand.
Margaret also teaches English Paper Piecing the Sue Daley way along with Chris Timmins Patterns.
She is always furthering her education in the patchwork industry by improving her product and technique knowledge, attending workshops held by Gloria Loughman, Amanda Daley, Jan Phillips, Chris Timmins, Sue Daley, Robyn Pandolph and Kaffe Fassett. She has been heavily involved in the Patchwork industry for the past 18 years and has owned Patchwork Paradise for the 11 years, although the shop has reduced its hours to one day a week and change the name slightly to Patchwork Paradise Studio.

Spend the day exploring the world, then come back to your room and never miss a moment as you enjoy the amazing views from the window in your stateroom. These larger staterooms offer a gorgeous view, two twin beds and a private bathroom.
Spend your days on board by the pool, on sports deck or scrapbooking in the conference room. Then relax at night in the comfort of your interior stateroom.
The standard stateroom offers two twin beds, a private bathroom and all the facilities of our standard staterooms. Some interior staterooms have a virtual balcony.
For an interior room with a view, opt for a Promenade Stateroom, available on all Voyager Class ships. They offer all the features of a standard stateroom, plus a bowed window overlooking the Promenade.
This information will be provided to booked in guests closer to the travel date.

- Kit with fabric for top, templates, glue, cutting knife etc will be provided.

- Please bring a variety of good quality threads. They can be cotton, polyester or rayon. The main thing is a good variety of colour.
- A selection of landscape photos that you would like to gain inspiration from. These can be 4” x 6” or 5” x 7”. The photos can be portrait or landscape orientation.
- Kits will be provided with silk, hoop, silk paints and a detailed book on the technique.

Please have your pattern cut prior to the cruise as per cutting instructions. Trim the excess paper away approximately 1/8” beyond the outside cutting line of each unit.
